Q: How do I know which clutch lever to get?

A: Please refer the length of our levers described in the product description. For Harley, There is a compatible model list is listed in the product description. If you are not sure, which one to get, please feel free to contact us.

Q: What if the product didn't fit my bike?

A: Please check out the installation video to see if it will fix the problem. Also, check if your bike has OEM clutch cable on. Aftermarket clutch cables are thicker and tend to cause an issue. If you still have a problem, please contact us.

Q: Can I exchange?

A: Yes, you can. Please check our return policy listed in your order confirmation email.

Q: Do yo ship internationally?

A: Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to 1FNGR LLC nor are they set by 1FNGR LLC rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: We ship your order within 1-2 business day if in stock. if pre order, estimated restocking date should be listed in the product page. If USPS Priority Mail, you should receive your order in 2 - 4 business days for a domestic order. 6 - 10 business days for international. If First Class Mail, it will normally take 2- 4 days and 10 to 21 days for International Shipping. This can be delayed and not guranteed.

Q: My Package is lost.

We do not refund for lost packages. Please consider adding insurance to your package.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. If your package is lost and have purchased Route shipping protection, please follow Route instruction to claim your lost package.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• Returned products must be in new, unused condition unless the product is a defect.
• 20% restocking fee for 1FNGR Products if its been installed already. Sales are final on discounted products.
• Non 1FNGR products will be up to manufactures' return/exchange policy.
• You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Texas office.
• You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.
• Refund will be processed after we received and inspected the returned goods.

International Returns

• International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Please send a Return/Exchange form. We will review your request and will get back to you as soon as we can! All sales are final on sale items.

• The clutch lever comes with Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. This does not cover tampering of the product or broken parts from crashes or impacts.
