How to adjust HD Clutch

Before anything. Loosen up your clutch cable to allow maximum free play on the clutch lever

Step 1) take off primary cover and back off the nut with 11x16 and 7/32

Step 2) Back off adjuster screw and then run it down until you feel it touch lightly.

Step 3) When it lightly touches then back it off 1/2- to ¾ turn.

Do NOT ALLOW YOUR ADJUSTER SCREW TO MOVE WHEN YOU RE-TIGHTEN DOWN.

4) Lastly run the adjuster nut in the cable back down to take the slack out of the cable. Recommend 1/16^th to 1/8^th of free play at the lever.
